Transportes Vía S.A.C. is a Peruvian interprovincial ground transportation company founded in 1997. It specializes in connecting the capital with various communities and cities in the country’s southern highlands and coastal regions.
The company’s mission is to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable interprovincial transportation service. It aims to connect people and cities by exceeding customer expectations through responsibility and quality. The company seeks to become the leading interprovincial transportation company in Peru. Its goal is to stand out for innovation, safety, excellence, and the sustainable expansion of its network of destinations.
The company covers multiple national routes and intermediate stops, with a particular focus on routes in the country’s southern highlands and destinations such as Lima—with departures from Nicolás Arriola Avenue and the Atocongo Terminal—Ayacucho (Puquio, Coracora, Pausa, Pullo), Apurímac (Andahuaylas, Abancay), Ica (Nazca), and Arequipa (Chala, Caravelí).
Transportes Vía S.A.C. offers a travel experience focused on comfort through a variety of ground transportation options, designed for both complete comfort on long overnight trips and efficient transfers. Its Vía Premier service is the company’s premium offering, and its most modern double-decker buses feature top-of-the-line amenities, such as sleeper seats with an ergonomic 160° recline. They provide connectivity via a high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi system on board, offer refreshments to passengers with complimentary snacks during the trip, and provide personalized attention and services en route. In addition, they feature climate control with adjustable air conditioning and heating. This service is primarily designed for high-demand long-distance routes to the southern Andes (such as Lima–Puquio–Abancay). They also offer a “1.5-Floor” service, where the vehicles are designed for efficiency and continuous travel, primarily equipped for daytime or shorter trips. These vehicles feature semi-reclining seats and provide a comfortable standard recline for journeys where a fully horizontal position is not required.
